The Funds

AXA Framlington Global Technology

Gleeson has been managing the £1.3 billion AXA Framlington Global Technology fund since 2007. This fund focuses on technology companies worldwide and aims to capitalize on the rapid advancements in the tech sector. While it ranks sixth out of 11 in the IA Technology & Technology Innovation sector under Gleeson’s tenure, it has lagged behind the MSCI World/Information Technology index over that period.

AXA World Funds Digital Economy

Since its launch in 2017, Gleeson has been the lead manager of the £602 million AXA World Funds Digital Economy fund. This fund targets companies driving the digital transformation across various industries. Notably, it has consistently outperformed the MSCI ACWI (All Country World Index) since inception.

Transition and Future Management

Following Gleeson’s departure, his funds will be managed by a team of experienced portfolio managers. Tom Riley, head of global thematic strategies, along with portfolio managers Brad Reynolds and Pauline Llandric, will take over the day-to-day management of these strategies. Their collective expertise will ensure continuity and effective management of the funds.

Jeremy Gleeson’s legacy at AXA IM leaves a lasting impact on the technology investment landscape. As he embarks on a new chapter, investors will closely watch how the transition unfolds and how the funds continue to perform.
