Danny Booko and Nia Sanchez Leave The Valley After Three Seasons

Danny Booko and Nia Sanchez will not return to The Valley after three seasons, they said on Sept. 1.

The original Bravo couple, on the Vanderpump Rules spinoff since it premiered March 19, 2024, said they are protecting their peace and their four children.

Sanchez, 36, posted the message on her account, and Booko, 42, signed it with her. Bravo’s site later confirmed the pair will not be returning to The Valley after Season 3’s reunion closed on Aug. 19.

The post went up 13 days after Reunion Part 3, and it read like a closed door rather than a teaser. Kristen Doute wrote “I love you sis” under it. Scheana Shay wrote “PROTECT YOUR PEACE.” Michelle Saniei, Jesse Lally, and Luke Broderick liked the post.

They are still married, still in Santa Clarita, and still raising the same four kids the series used as its family pitch. Bravo has not issued a separate network quote beyond reprinting their words.

Season 3 Turned His Drinking Into the Plot

The Valley arrived as a show about friends trading West Hollywood bottle service for baby bottles in the suburbs. Booko and Sanchez were the new faces in that pitch, a churchgoing actor and a former Miss USA with a house full of toddlers, set against Vanderpump alumni who already knew how to fight on camera.

By Season 3 the marriage was the fight. Castmates spent the year on Booko’s drinking, the way he spoke to Sanchez, and how the pair handled parenting for four children under 5. Sanchez stood with him in confessionals and at tables, even when the group framed that loyalty as a problem.

THE SEASON 3 FLASHPOINTS

• The drinking: Co-stars made Booko’s alcohol use a running charge, and it became the season’s main story about him.
• The older claim: Jasmine Goode and Melissa Carelli had already accused him of inappropriate touching, including a thigh grab and a “get daddy a drink” line, which he had apologized for on camera.
• The cup: Janet Caperna threw liquid at him during a blowup, and Bravo later posted an after-show clip in which she said she regretted that it was not red wine.
• The reunion: The three-part sit-down, taped June 18 and finished on air Aug. 19, did not repair the split with Janet, Jason Caperna, and Lala Kent.

Nia said on the show she was done with that trio. “There was a time that there was room for maybe some growth or stepping in a forward-moving direction, but I’m not interested anymore,” she said. “I’ve hit my limit.”

Kent and Tom Schwartz had been made full-time before the season, a BravoCon move on Nov. 14, 2025 that pulled more of the old Vanderpump circle into a series that was supposed to be about new households. The extra voices did not calm the table. They gave the pile-on more chairs.

Danny Booko’s May Apology in His Own Words

The on-air fights were not the last word. After a San Diego cast trip and a drag-pageant argument, Booko went on Instagram Stories on May 20 and addressed Sanchez directly, skipping the usual reunion delay.

To the person I love most, my beautiful wife, I am so sorry. Watching these last few episodes back hasn’t been easy. It was a difficult season of life and a version of myself that I’m embarrassed by and not proud of. A short fuse, stress, alcohol, and lack of sleep are never a good combination, but that’s not an excuse. I should never have taken any of it out on you. Balancing parenthood and life can stretch you in ways you don’t fully realize until you see yourself through a different lens. I love, honor, and respect you deeply, and I did not show that in some of these moments. Nia, I love you so much. I’m grateful for you, our family, and this beautiful, chaotic life we’ve built together. I thank God for you every day.

He named alcohol in public, on a Bravo schedule, while the episodes were still airing. That is the clip the exit now sits on. A man hired as a dad on a parenting show told a mass audience he did not like the version of himself the cut had just delivered.

Sanchez, who won Miss USA in 2014, kept saying the marriage came first. “We are committed to our marriage and we’re both committed to making it work,” she said in June. She also said nobody wants a marriage’s lower moments “all over the world on TV,” which is a precise description of the job they had just done for three years.

Jax Taylor Left Through the Same Door

The Bookos are not the first originals to decide the cameras cost too much. Jax Taylor, who helped launch the spinoff with Brittany Cartwright and Doute, said in July 2025 he would skip Season 3 to focus on sobriety, mental health, and coparenting their son, Cruz, after a year that put his rage and rehab on the air.

The series had opened as Bravo’s strongest freshman launch in nearly 10 years. The debut drew 2.8 million viewers across seven days, including 1.6 million in the 18-49 group, with Peacock supplying 51 percent of that audience and 61 percent of the demo. Linear averages then settled into a smaller, still durable groove.

THE VALLEY BY SEASON

Those 12, 18, and 21 episodes add up to 51, and Booko and Sanchez were in all of them. Ten people started as mains in 2024: Cartwright, Taylor, Doute, Broderick, Booko, Sanchez, Janet and Jason Caperna, and Jesse and Michelle Lally, with Goode and Zack Wickham first billed as friends. Taylor left after the second season. The Bookos leave after the third. The “adulting” experiment keeps losing the households it was built to follow.

Four Kids on a Show About Adulting

The couple’s assigned story was never nightlife. It was Asher, 4; twin daughters Isabelle and Zariah, 3; and Adelaide, 15 months, born in June 2025. Sanchez homeschools. The twins are already acting, heading into a third season as CeeCee on Georgie & Mandy’s First Marriage. Booko used to teach acting to kids, which Sanchez has called a fit for those girls.

Season 3 cameras rolled while Sanchez was still in the first stretch after Adelaide. She told Bravo she was living their freshly postpartum lives on tape, including postpartum depression, and that the cut showed the marriage in that raw window. After filming they went to a marriage counselor. “Watching the TV show back is also like therapy,” she said, a line that makes the edit a homework assignment as much as a product.

HOW THE EXIT BUILT

1. June 2025: Adelaide is born, their fourth child.
2. July 2025: Taylor announces he will not return, citing sobriety, mental health, and coparenting Cruz.

The death-threat comments sit in the same year as the apology. “We see the comments and we see the DMs and it kind of makes me wonder what’s wrong with people because he’s gotten death threats,” Sanchez said in June. “People have told him you should just, like, go in the back and take yourself out so that your kids and wife can be happier. That is so heartbreaking to me.” A show about parenting had trained strangers to write parenting advice that was a suicide dare.

After Season 2 they moved to Santa Clarita, a farther suburb that Booko wanted and Sanchez did not. That house is now the place they are not leaving for Bravo. The commute the rest of the cast joked about is, for them, the point of the exit: stay home, keep the kids, stop feeding the group chat.

What the Rest of the Cast Inherited

Doute and Shay’s comments were warm. The rest of the ecosystem is colder. The Bookos spent a season as the couple other people diagnosed, and without them the remaining mains have to pick a new target or talk about their own houses. Janet still has a seat after throwing a cup. Kent still has a seat after a year in the middle of that fight. Bravo’s comment threads keep returning to that cup as the moment the series would not police a physical outburst, even as Booko’s drinking stayed a weekly plot.

That is the hole in the next season, if Bravo films one. The network has not posted a Season 4 cast list, and it has not said whether the couple was offered a contract. Their own wording is a quit, not a firing. An unnamed production claim that their dynamic felt less “organic” than other couples has not been attached to anyone who will put a name on it.
